The Institute for Global Health of Barcelona (ISGlobal) is a new initiative that brings together academia and both the public and private sector aiming to contribute to the global efforts to improve health and development. The new Institute will further strengthen research carried out by the Barcelona Center for International Health Research (CRESIB) and ensure adequate synergies with new departments that aim to develop an innovative training agenda that addresses new needs, develops a think tank focussed in Global Health, and provides technical support and guidance to its key stakeholders.
